Does judge automatically dismiss case if I don't appear in the Chapter 7 bankruptcy meeting?

If you don't attend the meeting, the bankruptcy trustee will dismiss your case.

A case is often dismissed if the debtor doesn't attend the creditor meeting. However, in certain circumstances, there can be rescheduling of the meeting.
