Bankruptcy means test will decide whether or not you'll qualify for Chapter 7 bankruptcy or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Choosing the right type of bankruptcy, whether it is Chapter 7 or Chapter 13, will be contingent on few things - your income, assets, debts, and financial goals. The bankruptcy lawyer can help you to make that choice, but it is up to you to finalize that decision.

You have to meet the eligibility criteria to file a Bankruptcy Chapter. It is better to take help of a Bankruptcy lawyer for the entire proceedings.
