Is it possible to consolidate mortgage debts?

I have 2 mortgage loans on the same house. Can I consolidate them?

You can't consolidate mortgage loans. What you can do is modify the terms and conditions of the loans. You can also go for refinancing.

The only way to consolidate mortgage debts is to refinance those loans and pay them off totally. After that you'll be paying back the new loan...ofcourse with new terms and conditions.
Make sure you're getting the lowest rate possible, but you must have a good credit score to get that.
