Parking tickets from 2010
My license was suspended because of 12 tickets on my own car parked in my own driveway. I received them in 2010. Didnt have the money to pay them. Now the collection company wants 12000. dollars which I dont have and never will. Is there anything I can do? ( The debt is so high because in Illinois they can charge you up to 1000. per ticket.
