lift lien on car
i paid off my car a month ago and i was selling car. come to find out the lien still is not lifted what steps can i take to fix problem?

Contact the lender and ask him to lift the lien since you have paid off the loan.
Have the lender fill out the
Have the lender fill out the form MV-901 to confirm that the loan is fulfilled. Then, you can take this form to the DMV. It will issue the new title solely in your name. However, you may have to pay a nominal fee to do that.
