Please advice on how to settle credit card debt with Bank of America

I have a credit card with Bank of America on which I have about $7,000 balance. Right now, it's diffiuclt for me to pay the entire outstanding amount. Can anybody advice me on how to settle credit card debt with bank of America? I can give details of my monthly income and expenses if required.
