Are you sure that they are calling you for an illegal payday loan only? Have you checked your credit report?

Well I know my credit report and its clean. I know that its from an old illegal PDL. And I'm not going to play their little scare games. I would love to go to court if they would ever do so.

So now the calls are coming to my work from 303-731-8734 and they say they are Fincial Mediation Group, saying I owe for an old online PDL VIP Loans. well, i have a court order here in front of me from the Dept of Corp in Cali. stating they are to STOP any business because they are illegal. I also know they received 3X the amount of the loan back from me. So to get to my question. they said they are getting ready to have me served. Do I fax to them the court order? I told the guy on the phone it was an old illegal loan. Any suggestions. they are calling my work number

just have your boss and co-workers either hang up on him,or harrass him.the facts mean nothing to a bottomfeeding pile of shit like this.they know it's an illegal loan.that's why they rely on illegalities.either harrass him back,or hang up without a word.have everyone else do the same.
