VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I had a loan with CASH CALL, and submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about the rude way I was treated by one of their customer service reps., I then, received another rude response from DELBERT, whom apparently is now in charge of my loan, and I was not even notified Cah Call had turned loans over to Delbert. Instead, in my inbox one day, I get a payment reminder from DELBERT, and I had never even heard of the damn company!!!!!! How unprofessional!
