Western sky criminal charges

I recieved a call from someone claiming to be from a servicing company saying Western sky was filing criminal charges for wire fraud and some other stuff. Is this legal. I did get the loan and when I called to ask that they move the date on the draft from my bank 2 days later than when it was supposed to happen because of the way my payday fell. they told me no and drafted my account multiple times until I was so far in the hole with the bank I had to close the account. I am unsure what to do or how to even go about trying to fix this. I live in Oklahoma if anyone has any adivise I could sure use it.

western sky is in major trouble,and sold the debt.report the loser who threatened you to your local police.then ignore them as they can't do dick.btw what is the name of the bottomfeeding scam?just know that they broke the law in threatening criminal charges.report and ignore.however this might become a trend as again western sky,and their other two d/b/a's have been cutoff at the knees and this might be their reaction to that.

Western Sky is no good really. There's no need to be so scared. I think the best shot you can take is to report them.

What was the date you took

What was the date you took out the loan? How much have you paid them in payments? We can help you here but need a little more info to help you out.

Unregistered - I think I can help you. Can you register with the forums and send me a PM with the details of your loan (state, date of loan, amount borrowed, amount paid)? I have a current lawsuit against CC over these loans and have spent the last year making it my mission to get them shut down.
