Would I qualify for Chapter 7
I have about $35,000 in credit card debt and $2,600 in pay day loans. I am only working part time, I dont own a house but my husband and I have 3 cars that are paid off. He took a huge pay cut as well. I am wondering if I alone would qualify for chapter 7 and not include my husband

Your husbands income will be taken into consideration when qualifying you for bankrupcty. You will have to look at your state exemptions...the cars could potentially put you over.
