Anybody know about Franklin Today

Hi Everyone, I am trying to develop and I would like to writ a letter to all creditors to stop interest and lower payments. Do you have sample letters on this?

Ditto to what bingonut stated.. Closing your bank account down right away best policy - open new one not linked in any way.. if have direct deposit have to reroute - put old account on deposit only - tell bank have been victim of fraud.. You will need to send out letters revoking ACH authorization to all.. on the legal ones you may have to be in default to work out arrangements - but they will.. and on the illegal ones - need to know how much originally borrowed - minus all payments already made - that will determine if you owe them any principal back or if they in fact should owe you a refund.

Licensing Requirements:
Online lenders must be licensed in California. - So you can see if any of them are - I would be willing to guess not..

All of your loans are illegal with the exception of Check N Go and Dollar Loan who are licensed. Your need to determine the original amount borrowed, what you have paid so far and subtract that amount from original amount and that determines what you owe. Follow the steps under HelpInAZ on how to deal with illegal lenders. You will have to get in touch with the corporate offices of the legal lenders to set up some type of payment plan but will have to close your bank account first, obtain a new one not linked in any way with the old to prevent the illegal lenders from taking money from your account. Don't know about Franklin Today - But we can more than likely help you with your payday loans here - Who are your loans with? What state are you in? - How much originally borrowed from each? How much have you paid to date on each? A lot of loans out there are illegal, so you may very well only owe principal borrowed minus any thing already paid to date.
