Consolidated - collection agency?

If the post it message was a phone message, they violated the law. Also breach of fraud?? There is no such thing. Being in collections is "pre-litigation" so dont let that scare you!!

What is the name of the agency?? I would be sending them a cease and desist letter pretty damn quick!

They just kept telling me they were called "Consolidated". Nothing else. He told me I would have hundreds of dollars worth of legal fees and court costs added to the amount. It was for a credit card that we got too far behind on, so it was "sold" to this company. I mean, they still have to follow the law, right? Send me a validation of debt and stuff?

they must by law send a dunning letter 5 days after initial contact.that is if they are legit.this place is not as because as soaplady stated the message at your job broke the law.if they refuse to send anything(which it sounds like they have)reportthem and ignore them.

only got one complaint from both 800notes,and whocallsme so they must be a fairly new bottomfeeding piece of shit.so i would use that number to file an FTC complaint at least,but just know they are a garden variety scam.

They called, I asked them what it was about, the guy was incredibly rude. I asked for an address to send a request for verification and I got hung up on.

I received a call from Paula Banks at the Dept of Investigations, phone number 352-553-1272, telling me that my son had gotten himself into a lot of financial trouble. She said I needed to get hold of him and tell him to call 855-638-3571 at Consolidated. She said he had a "Notice to Appear". He called and was told that he owed an old debt and they could take his credit card payment to avoid additional charges. He informed them to send him the paperwork regarding these charges. Two hours later Paula Banks calls back to see if I had gotten hold of my son, I told her no. The next day I also received a call from Paula Banks to see if I had relayed the info to my son, again I told her no, she said she would notify him at his place of employment. I believe that this is against the law. Why can't someone stop this harassment. I'm not even sure how they got my phone number I've only had this number a short time.

Interestingly enough, the initial call to my work (keep in mind there have been no calls to me on my phone) was to return a call to Natalie Jones. When I called, I spoke with a "Chelsea Jones".... hmmmmmm. I hate them.

I received a phone call too guy was rude on my voicemail and said I was being investigated and that he would go to my wrk if he didnt hear back from me....then he called a cousin of mine and said he was investigating me for a chemical i had delivered to my house???? Like really...isnt that a form of slander??? So now they make up lies about you to try and get info??? Im filing a complaint for sure!!

hi i got a call from them and theyre scaring me they called my sister in law ,husband,about a payday loan. i kow i have a loan but i dont think they suppose to scare me for a 200 loan.PLs advice.

Said would not give any information said to call 855 638-3571 or I was going to jail
