ACP called threatening if I don't pay $973 by money gram I would have a warrant for my arrest. I have called the bbb n the asked for advise from my local police department and to said I shouldn't post them. Should I be worried about the warrant?

This is definitely a scam. Debts are civil not criminal. You cannot be arrested. Simply ignore. If calls persist report to your state AG and the FTC.

No, you shouldn't be worried! It's a scam! As previously stated, it is a civil situation, not criminal. They are trying to scare you into paying them. If they continue to harass you, report them to your State's Attorney General and also the Federal Trade Commission.
