Can you pls tell where should I go to complain against debt settlement companies? Even after making payments I'm yet to see any results

You can file a complaint with CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) against debt settlement companies.
What results are you
What results are you expecting to see? Have you made a spread sheet? Starting balance, payments made? Going into a debt settlement program is going to tank your scores since you are not paying as agreed...also debt settlement companies do not work for free...they usually get paid first.
