Can a tribal loan company sue me if I don’t repay their interest rate they are charging me?
I’m in Florida and I took a loan with

Maxlend
Target cash now
National small loan

Your priority is to check whether Maxlend, Target cash now, and National small loan has any official license or not.

Unlicensed tribal lenders cannot sue you in court.

The tribal lenders are usually illegal. So, they can't sue you in court. Since they are illegal lenders, you won't have to make any interest payments. Just pay off the principal amount.
