Pop up..Debt Helper...GET RID OF IT

Not only that, but how do you make it simply disappear? I am not interested in anything on that popup...so why is there no "x" to get rid of it? It blocks up a bunch of the page and makes it hard to actually read the forum....

Once upon a time, this place was here to actually help people dealing with debt collection issues.....there's no way that this could actually be considered a good idea with that in mind.

it's only in the top set of forums.i don't like it.

Why is tech working on crap like this?? We need to be able to lock threads, move posts....you know technical stuff?? Not all this linking stuff.

It has been 5 days.....how difficult is it to turn off this damn thing?? Some tech team...they cannot properly give us the ability the lock or move a post, they cannot get rid of stupid pop ups..the spam is ridiculous.. pages in social answers with no way for the mods to delete easily. No way am I deleting those posts one by one....on top of that, traffic to this site sucks. All the other forums I am on are busy busy busy....we get almost no posts on the weekends and during the week we get morons posting in social answers.

Another stupid quirk....I post IN THE MOD FORUM, and I have to approve the post via the mod section. In that same section I see spammers attempting to post in the mod forum. I thought this was for mods only????

I agree with the traffic -- I don't understand - I know that people are still in debt.. in the last 30 days I have been able to earn 1807 DTCC points and I am willing to best most of that is from deleting crap...

Our tech team is working on the issues that has been pointed. Please bear with us.

Update..

Logged in users will not get the pop up now and Post since last visit is working.

We are now working on the lock thread (for registered users) and mod forum spam post block issue .

just thought I should share - was on last night made last post at like 20:09 and this morning got on and went to post since last visit. only went back to this morning at 1:31:25 not to last night..
