Creditors refused to give me a forbearance plan - Now what?
I have 4 credit cards with a total debt amount of $6000. I have applied for forbearance 2 months back. Three of them have agreed. The fourth one has not offered any forbearance plan to me. They have not denied directly but they have not agreed also. They just asked me to call on this day and that day. I did. But, nothing happened. So, what should I do with this credit card? Should I file a lawsuit or should I do something else? I can't pay the full amount.
