Axis Advance legal?


Hello,

I'm wondering if Axis Advance is a legal lender. I live in Texas.


Axis Advance belongs to the federally owned Indian Tribe. So they are not a legal lender in Texas. You have to pay only the principal amount if you have borrowed a loan from them. Nothing else. They may give you a story of installment loans. Don't fall for that story.
