Need to settle $25k with a JDB
I am from Arizona. I have $25k debts on credit cards with a JDB. They are willing to settle at $10k. I refused. The debts should drop from my credit report in the next 2 years. I have offered to pay $1000.
But, they didn’t agree. The told me to call them again with a better settlement offer. What can I do?
