Are these tribal lenders legal in Arizona?

I would like to know if the following lenders are legal in the State of Arizona (instinct tells me "no", as they are all online tribal lenders)

Cash Aisle (Niibin LLC)
BridgeLending (Biboon LLC)
Evergreen (Opichi LLC)
Zocaloans (Rosebud Lending)
Brightlending (Aaniiih Nakoda Finance)

I have only recently become aware that AZ state laws prevent consumer loans in excess of 36% APR, so was looking into my options if these are, in fact, unlicensed lenders for Arizona.

You have already answered your questions. They are all online tribal lenders. So, all of them are illegal in your state. In this case, you have to pay only the principal amount. There is no need to pay interest or finance charges or anything else. Just revoke the ACH authorization as soon as possible.

You guys are awesome. I appreciate the validation. I have already established a new bank account (with a different bank) and will do my revocations on Monday.

Has anyone successfully gotten their overpayments refunded?

This is a tricky part. Once your money is gone, it takes a lot of time and effort to get a refund. In most cases, lenders agree to mark the status as paid in full. But they don't agree to give a refund easily. You have to follow-up with them with a lot of patience.
