Money Messiah Illegal lender?

Wondering if anyone can tell me if Money Messiah is an illegal lender? I know they are based in Canada.

Money Messiah is an illegal payday loan company. How much have you borrowed from them? I saw in their website that they charge an APR above 500%. You should pay just the principal amount. That's it.

Thank you for the information. I borrowed $600 and have now paid back $885. The payments are increasing and I just can't do it anymore. I have a payment due Friday for $222 and I think I am going to send them an e-mail that I am revoking my ACH. Then I guess if they try it again, I will put a stop payment on them. I will follow the steps outlined here on this forum and I am so thankful there is such a great resource as this forum!

Welcome. Actually, they owe you money since you have already paid more than the principal amount. Revoke the ACH authorization asap. The loan agreement is null and void.
