Spotloan in NC


I have recently started to receive calls from a collection agency about an old defaulted loan with Spotloan. I don’t even remember taking out the loan, not saying I didn’t.

I know payday loans are illegal in NC. However, Spotloan now states they are an installment loan company. Are they legal?
They are talking about suing me. I really can’t afford to pay them, I’m not working and I can’t afford for them to sue me either.

Please help me


Spot loan is an illegal payday loan company. New or old - you shouldn't bother about it? They won't sue you. Trust me. Just forget about them. Focus on getting a new job.

I am sorry that you can't work. Well, relax about the threatening calls or emails. The lenders are illegal, they can't sue you.

Hey, one suggestion. You can work from your home. There are many jobs that you can manage at your home. If you need more details about it, come with questions, I will guide you to get a good job that you can manage from home.

Hi there,
It's sad that you can't work. But you don't have to worry about the loan, illegal payday lenders can't sue you legally, it's not possible for them. So relax and take care of yourself. :)
