Hi I have read some info on here and wanted to get some advice. Ill start out by saying I live in pa.
I got a Loan for 2500.00. It started with western sky then sold to cash call. I made $1000.00 on 3 payments then had some difficulty as my wages were lowered at work. I asked for a settlement and they agreed. 500 a month for 5 months. I have now paid 4 months totaling $2000.00. I went to pay the 5th and last payment today and they now tell me my one payment was a week late so the settlement is now void. I'm absolutely furious and told them I spoke to someone initially stating I was going to be late on one payment and the rep set it up for a week later. They now say I'm not in the settlement offer and my balance is $3k. I told them they will not get a penny more from me unless they put me back on my offer. What are my options here? Please help. To begin with Western Sky is an illegal tribal lender. The WS/Cash Call scam has also been around for a while as well. You need to revoke ACH and any voluntary wage assignments (in writing) you might have signed immediately. At this point, just ignore these morons and file complaints with the AG and the FTC.
