Has anyone heard of ACS,LLC?

Hydra Funds is an illegal PDL

Hydra Funds is an illegal PDL...send ACS a cease and desist letter telling them the debt they are handling is illegal and offshore and that you will not pay a dime.

ACS,LLC was sold a payday loan I had from HydraFund111, which I was not able to make any payment on because Hydra threw it into collections, because they said my bank account was invalid, which was not true. The loan was sold to ACS,LLC, but they said I owe 500 dollars and the actual loan was only 200 dollars. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this company.
