Hello!
Question: Im steady getting all these letters saying ALL my wages going to be garnished due to none payment. I have student loans by American Student Assistance, in of course it went to default; Im trying to prevent them from garnishing my wages, ex.. Social Security,Disability, employment, etc... what do I do

No, not ALL off your wages will be garnished...only 15% of your income will be taken.
Have you read the letters???? The letter tells you exactly what to do. Have you called or written a response to the garnishment notice??
