about fraudulent payment history
Portfolio recovery associates recently reported that i made a payment on 2 accounts that they have been harrassing me for for the last 3 years or so. I had disputed in the past but no replys. my question is now it looks as if that i made a payment on both accounts . now this lvnv lawfirm is now harassing me. how can i get around this. those entries are clearly falso but how can i prove this? or am i doomed to be sued .

You need to dispute it in writing with the credit bureau and I believe you should get a NACA attorney's consult. If the TL is not updated properly, you should have a FCRA violation to sue PRA with.
