Fraudulent payment history by PFA
i recently reviewed my credit and noticed that PORTFOLIA RECOVERY ASSOCIATES has updated my payment history to make it seem like i made a payment to them in the past which is in fact not true. my question is how can i address this. i get the sense that can sue me now since it seems like that this "payment" changed the what was then an expired SOL on those debts. please reply .
i have never paid them
they had defaulted by 2008 now theyve updated them and make it seem as if ive made a payment in january 2011. the original creditor was bank of america.

are you paying someone else who is forwarding payments to them??? Who is the creditor and when was your last date of payment??
