Payday Loan

I have a payday loan through the Loan Shop Riverside for 300.00. i was thinking the loan would pay down but I have been paying $90 every other week since the beginning of August. Is there anything I can do. they say I have to pay $390 next week but I already paid them over a thousand dollars. Thank You in advance for any help.


Loan Shop Riverside is illegal in USA. So, you only need to pay back $300. You have already paid over a thousand dollars. So, there is absolutely no need to pay a dime more. In fact, you should ask them to give you a refund.

Look here, Loan Shop/Riverside is an illegal tribal lender. You are not legally bound to pay them a back. You need to immediately revoke ACH authorization in writing by sending a copy of the letter to your lender and another to your bank. After that you can choose to foreclose your bank account as well. Also revoke voluntary wage assignments in writing, send one copy to the lender and another to your payroll/HR. Send a letter to your lender demanding a refund for the amount you paid over and above the loan principal and ask for a PIF letter. After that, file complaints with the AG and the FTC.
