An EOS CCA collection account regarding an AT&T mobile account I had back in 2007 was added to my credit report October 2012. After looking at all three of my reports, it shows that the account was opened in August 2012. Between August and October, I???ve received no contact from EOS CCA via phone or mail. The debt validation letter I sent arrived at the address listed on my reports November 1, 2012. I sent the letter using USPS certified mail service. Transunion and Experian are stating that the debt was verified, but yet I still haven't heard from EOS CCA via mail or phone. What do I do now?
