HELOC with PNC, trying to settle
I have a HELOC with PNC that has been charged off. Balance is 33842.12. I called them today to discuss a settlement. They previously offered me a settlement that we could not take because it was a lump sum amount which we did not have. Today the lady I spoke with simply said there are no settlement offers at this time, it is due in full. What should I do from here? Anyone know how hard it is to settle with PNC???? Any and all advice appreciated.

You possibly cannot settle with PNC any more since the debt has already been charged off. If they hand over the account to collections, maybe then you can give it a shot.
