:sad::sad:pressler and pressler a disgusting firm took over 1600.00 dollars from my wifes bank account whilw she is in trenton state pychiatric hospital as a committed mental patient with her only means of income is child support my wife is very very sick she has no knowledge of why they took money from her...she has been in trenton for 6 months now.. and they sent her a certified letter saying she owes money to midland funding????? no knowledge of this they need to be punished severely for this disgusting act...my name is roger maksimow

Could there possibly have been a judgement against her and was she ever served? Can you call your local courts system and see if one was entered?

Look up the case on your online at your local county court website. See when she was served. Child support I believe is exempt.
