Paying off debt around $11,500

I have debts. Many of which were cosumated during 2008. The debt is sitting there waiting to be paid. All the accounts are closed. I have not been able to pay due to hardships. I would like to know how I can get rid of this old piled up debt without filing bankruptcy. I would like a long term installment plan paying no more than 50 dollars per month that will actually get rid of the debt in sequence or all at once. My fico is 548. I have good employment but it is low wage. Any suggestions??

Dream on. You are taking about 10 years of payments provided they all give you zero interest and are willing to wait that long or you dont get sued.
How many creditors do you owe?? What type of debts are these??
