Pressler and Pressler taking me to court to enforce Litigants Rights.. November 16, 2012.. Is this a scam? I found out that they already have a judgement against me. I have followed the advise, letter sent to them to validate the debt and numerous emails. I told them over and over to give me validation. I will make all the complaints I can against them. Are there any recent stories that people have filed complaints against them? Thank You Rose from New Jersey.

How did you find out that Pressler and Pressler had already sued
How did you find out that Pressler and Pressler had already sued you successfully and had a judgment against you? Did you receive summons? Did you find out from county records? Did you see it on your credit report?
The point is that you are supposed to send a validation request BEFORE you get sued or at least during Discovery in court, NOT AFTER you have already been sued. It is an exercise in futility.
