college loan credit services

to whom it may concern i recieve a bill from the college loan card service i was told that i owed this debt never heard of this credit card and never been to college myname and address is on the bill but my ssn# do not match i was still told i am responsible for a bill i know nothing about culd you please advise me of what to do
