How do I file Emergency BK13?

There is not much difference between filing a regular BK and a normal BK. Its just that you have to file only some parts of the paperwork. The rest of the stuff becomes due in 15 days from the date of filing.
DO NOT file bankruptcy on your own (unless you are a lawyer). Consult a qualified attorney

Time-line:
-Petition and credit counseling certificate - filing date;
-SS statement 3 days from filing;
-Master Mailing List 5 (maybe it's 7) days from filing;
-Balance 14 days from filing unless the Court Orders otherwise.
Please hire an attny as you will mess it up on your own. And, just at of curiosity, why do you believe you need to file an "emergency petition"? Are you stopping a foreclosure or garnishment????

great info,but no lawyer is gonna file even a CH13 without their fee,or a substantial part of it.i'm curious too as to why the OP needs an emergency CH13?
If you file a ch 13 your attorneys fee's will be put in your ch
If you file a ch 13 your attorneys fee's will be put in your ch 13 plan. All we had to come up with was the fileing fee. $150.00 [ ithink]
