Hello i payed a debt collector by the name of marie,for et.3111medicredit,but didi not receive a letter of deletion from them yet?????/if i dont get the letter in a reasonable of time will contact the BBB.org really pissed
Why would you get a letter of deletion??? No creditor is forced
Why would you get a letter of deletion??? No creditor is forced to remove their negative tradeline. If you did not get it in writing PRIOR to paying the settlement that they would delete the negative tradeline, it is not going to happen now. And the BBB cannot do anything...they are simply a letter writing company.
