should I file chpt 13

Hello
I live in florida and own a house and have a house in ga that has been up for sale for 2 years, I tried to rent it and got bad tenats who are suing me, i have an old double wide in florida that my dad was living in and he has left so i still have to pay the lot rent. I am current in my payments. I am draining my savings account fast. In 2 months I will not be able to make the payments on the house in ga or defend the lawsuit or pay the lease on the double wide. Is chpt 13 a good option?
