Online Bankruptcy filing help

Has anyone heard of or used Miller bankruptcy group ..$239 to help you with bankruptcy forms and guidance

Daniel, if you had look at or READ any of the above site, you would know that this firm does NOT file online. They do NOT file at all!! This company just prepares the paperwork for filing which any attorney or paralegal can do. From reading the site, they designed software, similiar to the software you would use to file your tax returns.....it interviews you and you answer questions...it compiles the data and you print out your BK docs. The fee is reasonable and I cannot find any complaints anywhere.

Soaplady, that's true! But what does this mean when they say this:
"Use us for your bankruptcy filing because, more than anyone else in the United States, we will ensure that your bankruptcy will be the smoothest and most effective at discharging your debts. We are confident enough about this to guarantee you the discharge, not just the filing."

They are willing to offer you more than just preparing the paperwork. Why would they go and comment beyond that? They may be good at filing, but discharging is not under their jurisdiction.

This would be the same a para legal filing service....they just do the paperwork. Even in an attorneys office, the paralegals do all the paperwork....most big bankrupcty attorneys spend their time in court and meeting with clients...they never fill out the forms.

Even an attorney cannot guarantee a discharge...so what is the difference?
