Hi, I paid this loan up in full and because it was a Saturday and there system updates on Monday, it went into another month -- so they are claiming - even though fee of $180 and the amount of $600 was paid in full I accurred another fee of $180. Gotta laugh at that one, not only did they get the full amount of the loan and the $180 they are still "hounding" me for an additioanl $180 fee. What a ripoff business. Some settlements they would like to get half but no, they got the full amount of the loan and the fee. This is way back in Feb. and they call my cell every day even on SUNDAY. Thank GOD I have no voice mail, disabled it, or they would really be bothering me. I want to file a suit against them. I see 367 complaints here. Help.

You are liable only for the principal as they are illegal. Don???t pay them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. You may ask them for a refund, if you have overpaid them.
