Credit Report

I am showing an account in dispute on my credit report. The account shows THD/CBNA. The date of the dispute is August of 2004. The balance of the amount due is 0. I need to know why this is on my credit report. How do I get it off????

Dispute it with the credit bureaus as obsolete.
