I owe 50,958.99 to BofA for a boat loan that I have had since 2000, I wanted to see if I could negotiate a payoff amount to 29,000. The boat was stolen and that is all the insurance company paid.

The way I read it, he still owes $50k on his toy that was stolen
The way I read it, he still owes $50k on his toy that was stolen and not properly insured. He already blew $142k on it.
