Dischargeability in Chapter 11

I am in a 523(a)(15) situation and cannot file Chapter 7.... the unsecured debt is greater than $400,000 so cannot file Chapter 13. From what I've been reading, the same undischargeable rule(s) apply in Chapter 11. Is this true? So what do I do to get myself out of debt and get a "fresh start"?

Yes.

Without knowing your other debt, if the property settlement obligation is why you asked this question, the answer would probably be. . . "go back to State Court to see if you can modify the divorce decree". Just don't count on being able to accomplish this goal.
