I want to be certain of what is showing up on your report. The way I read your original post at the top of thread is:
Bank of America is reporting the credit card trade line as late 5 times.
FIA, a collection division of BofA, is also reporting a credit card trade line in your credit report and it is for the same BofA account, and is separately showing the 5 late payments.
Do both the Bank of America and FIA credit reporting trade lines show a total balance owed?
Can you post a reply and show exactly how each trade lines are appearing?
