I have paid Paliside Collections twice now for the same bill. The first time I didn't keep record which was my own fault I was young and immature. Back in 2007 I was contacted by them again, and I paid them yet again. It is a bill from Verizon. They called me today 5 years later and leave a message, I call them, as now I am more "mature" and pay my bills and so on.. I called back and low and behold it is the same bill dating back to Jan. 2002! How can they do this? They say due to federal govement laws they can't mail me anything until I mail them a dispute with my receipt. Which I refuse to do. I am just baffled, and the Lady was rude as could be. I told her I was going to contact a lawyer in the morning and she hung up on me. How after 10+ years can they still be trying? I have paid this twice. I also have to ask what does SOL mean? I know what my definition is lol, but I am thinking it is different on here.. Thank you!
