Key Derogatory

Good afternoon.
I filed bankruptcy and it was discharged in October of 2009. My mortgage company decided in May of 2011 that they were going to report it with "key derogatory" and it shows up as I missed a payment 1.3 years ago. I never ever missed a payment with my mortgage. How do I fix that? Please help.
