What state do you live in? What is the name of the pdl company? Is your lender licensed in your state? If not, then you need not to pay any interest or fees. You owe principal only. But if they are licensed, then you will be responsible for both the principal and interest.

However before you waste money on a consolidation loan program, do you know if your loans are even legal?? What state do you live in, who did you borrow from, how much did you borrow and how much have you paid back.
