I did receive a summons to appear in court for a credit card debit that I owe and I will file an answer, but am not able to appear in court due to I just started a new job and cannot get the time off to appear in court. I am planning on filing bankruptcy and will include this debt in with 2 other credit card debts that I have. I know that I will get a default judgment against me for not showing up, but what is the outcome of a default judgment?
