lean of attachment for $6,404.00 from LVNV funding

please help me out!Im a victim of ID theft. Iwas confronted by attnys. Hodosh,Lyon &hammer on behalf of LVNV/chase bank . In Jan. of 2012 i was searved with their judement. I responded imediately in writing with a debt validation request. No response. ^or 7 mo. later ,they come in and take 6404.00 of my bank of merica acct. I have an attorney. He says they got the wrong date of birth and they gave him a bogus account # for the alleged Chase credit card acct. that doesnt even come up in Chases data bank, nor do I , my name, ssi etc... These people took my account money. Im out of work and struggling and they leined on my personal acct. what can i do? Chase says i'm a ghost and they have no record of me!

You were served a summons, correct?? Did you answer the summons properly? You cannot DV a summons. Send any proof of the fact that you were a victim of ID theft? Did you show up in court?

Why didnt your attorney tell you to show up in court? Has he tried motioning the court to set aside the judgment based on ID theft?? Did you ever have a chase account?
