garnishment stopped finally, but wheres my refund.

this is my second post on here. i filed for bankruptcy on may 24th, finally about 4 weeks ago the garnishment stopped. my lawyer is telling me that the creditor sent a leter to him saying that the money improperly garnished was sent to my payroll. that was almost a month ago and my payroll has not received any refund from the creditor. im losing faith in my lawyer so i tried to call the creditor but they will not speak with me because i have a lawyer, and my lawyer seems to not be doin anything
