Last evening I recieved a call from a unknown collector area code 214... I could not understand half of what he was tring to say ..I understood him to tell me I was being sued for a Fast Cash Loan... and told me to write down a claim # then went on to say I was being recorded and 16 laywers were listening to our conversation. I told him I am recording you also..... I was then told I would be transfered to a Laywer after a few secs. he came back on and acted like he was someone else.... hahah jerk .....during his babbling in broken english ...I tried to tell him I never took a fast day loan and who are you and what r u talking about, trying to get some info from the dude and make sense of what he was saying.
All along he kept yelling at me how Im being sued and this loan is linked to my SS# ...I said repeatdly sent me a Valadation letter and prove I own this loan, he got madder and said Well... you better pay !! and that the state cops will be at my house in 2 hrs!!
....I laughed and said bring it on I'll be waiting all he could say was ( SHUD-UP ) couldn't even say it correctly!!! I just hung up ..they called 3 more times..but I refused to answer.
I looked up the phone # on line finding It is a company out of Texas and comments written stated the co is a scam trying to get money threatning to sue you ..
Point is if I hadn't come across this site I would of never know what to expect and how to deal with him!! Takes all kinds!:p
